All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once shipped, orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.

We currently offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number once your order ships. You can use this to track your package's progress with our courier partner.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us at support@myblnce.com with your order number before reaching out to the courier directly — we'll investigate and help resolve it.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@myblnce.com — we can only make changes before the order ships.
